We are looking for a creative junior UI/UX designer to join our team.

This position is important because you will be implementing the philosophies of our UX team, that is to make human-friendly and customer-focused UI for our current products which are already interacting with customers, and also future products which we have high hopes for.

Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Deliver UX proposals through reference research and usability analysis.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
* This role requires travel: Although we do not have an office and work 100% remotely, we do travel for training, conferences, and team camps a few times a year.
Skills that will help you in this role
- Experience with web and mobile app design.
- Knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Photoshop, illustrator.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- BSc in Design or relevant field. Or at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Submission of design portfolio is required.
Bonus points
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
